See this is not a monochrome set. It features the darker blue on the outside and the lighter color on the inside, this is good color blocking. The effect that good color blocking has is that it is slimming and makes our body shape look slim and tall. 

Athleticwear is comfortable, but if we wear the wrong kind for our body type we get into big trouble. If it is too tight in the wrong places it has the opposite effect, instead of making us look athletic, it makes us look unathletic and is unflattering.

See how the fit and cut of this hoodie is oversized and not only is cut to supply increased airflow for performance enhancement but it effectively and gently conceals any extra weight we have in reserve over the midsection.

The unique high interest by hand stitched crochet trim in a bright aqua blue color adds the kind of interest that says custom clothing and gives the impression of wealth and power. The last design styling secret to this loungewear jogger set is that the colors are harmonious from top to bottom. There are no color major contrast differences from the hoodie to the shorts. When there is a loud white belt or contrasting colors this cuts us off at the mid-section and makes us look short, half our height.
